Tell me exactly where the painting might be sent, so I can calculate exactly the shipping and packing costs.
Usually I send my paintings with Fedex or DHL or UPS, or Italian Post International Courier with an express service.
Paintings can be sent also picked up with your trusted courier which will come to our Art Studio to pick it or them up.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, I do all over the world.
About Copyright ?
The purchase price does not include reproduction rights and artwork cannot be copied or used without the artist's permission.
Original Paintings
The original paintings are professionally well treated on different supports (canvas, paper, mdf, wood). The paintings are done in many fine layers, using professional brushes and professional colors. This insures the long lasting paintings for hundreds of years.
Do you provide Certification of Autenticity for your artworks?
Yes I provide, for every artwork, a Certification of Autenticity signed by me pasted on the back of the painting.
Original paintings
All my original artworks are one-of-a kind.
Each artwork is provided by Certificate of Authenticity signed by me, with the title of the painting, year of execution, medium used, support used, signature.
How do you protect your original paintings?
To protect all paintings I use a traditional final natural and transparentspray varnish.
What are your "Return and Refund Policy for Original Oil Paintings".
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please let me know. I will accept returns of the original painting within 7 days of receipt and offer a full refund less the original shipping costs.
I do not pay return shipping fees and the art work must be returned in the original packaging and sent on a fully insured service equal to that provided in the first instance together with the Certification of Authenticity.
What support do you use for your original paintings ?
The support used for the original pastel painting is the:
100% paper 300 g natural white.
The support used for the original oil and acrylic paintings is or canvas or wood panel.
What is your delivery time?
All original paintings showed in the online art gallery are all ready to be shipped immediately.
But however regarding the delivery time of an original painting count about 2 weeks after your payment has been cleared and received.
I need this time to prepare a special packing and a special documentation to send together with the original art work which certify the truthfulness of the artwork.
This document is issued and confirmed by the Italian Ministry of Fine Arts where I am registered as an italian Fine Artist.
If the original painting has a frame count 3-4 weeks.
The frame is optional.
What about shipping time ?
From the time payment has been cleared and received and packing is ready with documentation
shipping time is about one week in the european countries and the rest of the world count 2 weeks, sometimes a little bit longer due to custom checks.
What kind of packing do you use for your paintings?
Paintings with a rigid support like canvas, wood panels, cardboards will be wrapped first in tissue paper, secondly in bubbles and put in a special hand-made strong cartoon. The cartoons are protected laterally with wood panels to protect them from falls. If the original painting is very big, it will be put in an extra wooden case.
Paintings which are not supported with a rigid support, like pastels on paper not supported with a rigid support, will be wrapped first in tissue paper, secondly in bubbles and put them in a special strong cartoon tube.
I have the experience to send paintings all over the world since 1982.
Packing will be 100% sure and safe.
What about payments ?
All orders are processed once the Contract of Sale has been finalized with a pro-forma invoice where all conditions have been written and undersigned from the buyer and the seller (title of the painting, year of execution, type of painting, medium used, support used, type of packing used, type of international courier, cost of the painting which includes packing, cost of international courier and type of service).
Once the contract has been finalized you can proceed with an advanced payment.
Payments must be done by Bank Transfer advanced before sending the paintings.
Iban Code will be given once the Contract of Sale has been finalized and undersigned.
Would you like a frame with your painting ?
You can buy or with frame or without frame.
Just let me know and I can suggest the most beautiful Italian frames produced in my area from the most important Italian frame's producers. Only "Made in Italy" frames.
